As Principal Groundwater Geologist of a consulting company that has worked extensively on groundwater development projects on a regular basis since 1983, we have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Huckfeldt and his various drill crews on an estimated 50 to 75 water well construction projects for various vineyards and wineries in the North Coast wine region of California. Over this long period of time, our groundwater geologists have developed a strong working and professional relationship with Huckfeldt Well Drilling, and appreciate the team mentality with which Huckfeldt approaches each well construction project.
I know that not only are myself and the other groundwater geologists in our office pleased with Huckfeldt’s work efforts, but so too have been our numerous clients for whom these wells have been successfully constructed over the years.
I have worked in the North Bay and North Coast areas for just shy of four decades developing an expertise in exploring, developing and managing groundwater resources. Groundwater occurrence and its abundance in this region varies widely reflecting the area’s complex geology. Successful groundwater exploration depends on close coordination and communication between the property owner, the well driller and the geologist. In my experience Huckfeldt Well Drilling is an exceptional group of professionals by virtue of their appreciation for the role that the site specific geology plays in determining project success.
